ISTOBAL’s CEO Rafael Tomás has participated today in idac Conference in Amsterdam, a two-day international conference for the retail fueling industry that aims to explore and examine the latest trends impacting the industry. ISTOBAL’s CEO has taken part, together with other executives from top international car wash multinationals, on an open debate around the car wash industry and how to improve the customer experience.
His presentation has a twofold objective. Firstly, to analyse how Customer & Consumer Focus allows ISTOBAL to understand their customer´s needs, anticipate future market demands and optimise the final users experience. On the other hand, to evaluate how Energy Efficiency is a key pillar in the car wash and care industry, and it can therefore lead to a crucial impact on customer’s profitability by substantially decreasing costs.
Idac Conference provides delegates with insights and solutions that can be applied to their business. The main audience at this event are oil company retail executives, IT experts and other top sector specialists in fuel retailing, as well as top industry leaders.
