ISTOBAL will participate in the German exhibition Uniti Expo 2016 for the first time to present its latest developments to the European market. The show will be held from 14 to 16 June.
Europe is the Valencian company’s main export market. The firm is Spain’s leader in the carwash sector, and ranks second at European level. With seven subsidiaries in Europe (United Kingdom, Denmark, Austria, Serbia, Sweden, France and Spain), the European market accounts for 75% of the company’s turnover.
At stand I60 Hall 1 of Uniti Expo 2016, Istobal will present FLEX5, the first flexible rollover providing more washing capacity and facility productivity.
Patented by the Spanish company, it is the first flexible rollover in the market that meets the needs of each individual facility, responding to increasing carwash demands without changing machines.
This rollover can shift from three to five brushes (and vice versa) in just one working day, making a greater number of washes possible, in less time with more brushes.
Also premièred at Uniti Expo, Connect-a is the new payment terminal designed by ISTOBAL. It offers a personalised, intuitive carwash experience thanks to its high technology and modern payment systems. Its most innovative version includes a touch screen with a virtual assistant that helps users in a personalised way, recommending the best carwash programme based on specific needs. It is a straightforward process. Only the vehicle’s dirt level needs to be specified. Once specified, the assistant recommends the most adequate programmes.
As part of its jet wash range, Istobal will show, for the first time, its new AVANT jet wash, which includes very interesting optional extras such as the powder-shampoo dosing pump, a manual dryer and a new technological feature to save water, electricity and chemical products during the manual carwash: SMART PULSE, which automatically controls the operation of both the water pumps and the chemical product dosing pumps.
And for the first time, the alternative to standard water-heating systems will be presented: thermodynamic panels that use ambient temperature to be 30% more efficient than standard solar panels and saving more than 80% electricity compared to electric boilers or heat pumps, considerably reducing operating costs by up to 95%. This type of heating system is environmentally friendly, reducing CO2 emissions by up to 2.6 tons per year.
Visitors to the Istobal stand (1I60) will also see a demonstration of the IW-Manager, the remote control and management software for carwash facilities, plus the pieces of equipment in the accessory range, D’tail.
Water repellent wax and scented shampoos, main esens® novelties
Istobal will also present different developments for its biodegradable carwash concentrates, esens®, resulting in maximum yield and a high number of washes with minimum consumption.
For example, Glossy Tears is a water repellent wax that significantly improves visibility when driving in the rain, increasing safety.
And the green active foam with a cherry scent, Active Mousse Green, which creates a positive and aromatic sensory experience at the carwash.
In this respect, the Fresh Additive concentrated fragrances contribute to customisation by adding a cherry, tangerine, pineapple, mango or candy fragrance to unscented shampoos and foams.
Istobal will strengthen its presence in the German market by participating in other trade fairs like Automechanika (from 13 to 17 September in Frankfurt) and InnoTrans (from 20 to 23 September in Berlin).
